This listing has two holes in its back- one can be used to hang the rabbit like an ornament and the other has been filled, but there is a mark.

What more could you ask for in an Easter rabbit! This outstanding example of vintage craftsmanship was rendered by the hand of a true artist making dies during the Victorian era. The strike itself is from the early 1900's and the red brass is well aged. It has a dull, reddish brown surface that you may not want to polish because it has so much depth and color.

It is freestanding because there was a back to this piece ( not included) which would have made it fully 3 dimensional, resembling a hollow chocolate mold.

I was lucky to find this one!

3" wide and 1 1/2" tall to the top of the head.
