This ring is a worry ring or a spinner ring. Why is it called a worry ring? Because historically people wore these rings to ease their worries. And now research proves that by doing something as simple as spinning a ring on your finger you can ease your overall tension and yes, calm your mind. Who doesn't need that? :)

This ring has been hand forged from salvaged copper plumbing pipe and recycled telephone wire. The inner band is a continuous piece (no soldering). The outer band has been soldered closed and features multi-directional, asymmetrical twists. The copper band is shaped to hold the "twisted" band in place, but to also allow a free, continuous spinning motion.

This listing is for the ring pictured. It is a size 8 and CANNOT be sized. (I can make it in any size and can probably accommodate your request for the width of the band - just convo me for a custom ring.) This ring has a band width of about 1/4".
