An unusual way to display one of the touchstone items of a Jewish home.

This 'kosher' mezzuzah is framed with a multi-colored middle eastern style embroidery.

How often does one get to see the 'klof' or scroll that is hand-written according to ancient rules and traditions? This scroll is handwritten on parchment with a prescribed number of letters on each row, and a prescribed number of rows. If a mistake is made, the scroll is no longer considered kosher and must be disposed of properly.

The overall size is 5" by 7". The gold-toned metal frame comes with hanging hardware. Glass covers the scroll. (No matter how many times I tried to take the picture, it looks like the frame is scratched, but I promise, it isn't.)

This is a perfect gift for a wedding gift, a home warming gift, a Bar / Bat Mitzvah gift. a confirmation gift. You name it -- any occasion, including a gift for yourself!!
