I think this dress is a Malcolm Starr design, but it has no label remaining - just a paper union tag.

Made of a gorgeous, luscious to the touch silk crepe fabric with an unusual abstract print in very bright colors. The screen print is like brush strokes. Perfect for Spring and Summer- and very couture. The dress has lots of amazing details, such as a turban-knotted bodice, the turban tie actually turns into a long belt and ties in back. The dress has two layers to the bodice and is "blouson" style. The back bodice top layer is has a slit opening to expose the bottom layer. The skirt is long and slender with light shirring around the waist. The dress is beautifully lined in white silk, and fastens with a back metal zipper.

In very very good super clean condition. I found one pin head sized hole near side seam on bodice.

Size medium. Measures 38" bust, 28" waist, 15" shoulder to waist, 30" waist to hem, 38" hips, 17" shoulder to shoulder edge.

Price: $175.00
