If you canceled your order before it was shipped, you will receive a refund minus transaction fees.
Cancellation of orders that have already been sent is not accepted. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will receive a refund minus transaction fees and round-trip shipping costs.
Payment will be refunded after the item is returned.
Cancellation on customized orders is not accepted.

The delivery time depends on the country of receipt and the selected delivery method: standard or express.
Standard international shipping takes 10-28 days.
Express international shipping is provided by DHL or FedEx services and takes 4-7 days.
Standard delivery to the USA is carried out by FedEx and USPS services and takes 7-14 days.

Where are orders shipped from
The project Small Wave Art is located in Ukraine. Delivery of orders can be carried out directly from Ukraine or warehouses located in the USA and Poland.

The average delivery time indicated by the Etsy is an approximate delivery time. Actual order delivery time may vary.
If you need your order by a specific date you can choose express delivery or contact me before purchasing

The delivery method depends on the country of receipt and the selected method: standard or express.
Order can be sent in a combined way and one order can be delivered to the recipient by different delivery services in conjunction.
The track number of the parcel can begin to be tracked a few days after the parcel is handed over to the delivery service.

Please note that the seller is not responsible for collecting any fees or taxes upon delivery of the goods to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any delays associated with the customs clearance of the parcel.

For proper order delivery, the recipient's phone number is required. The phone number may be required by the postal service for delivery. If the buyer does not provide a recipient's phone number, the seller cannot guarantee proper delivery of the order.

Returns are not accepted.

In the case of return of the goods, the delivery to the seller is paid by the buyer.
In the case of a return of goods, a refund for the goods will be made in full, minus transaction costs and the cost of shipping the goods to the buyer.
If VAT was paid at checkout, this tax refund does not apply.
