1. PURCHASE & RECEIVE THE LINK TO ACCESS YOUR TEMPLATE

After purchasing the listing, and once your payment is CONFIRMED, you will receive an email from Corjl with a link to access and edit your file. Please make sure you have access to the e-mail address registered in your Etsy account. (If you do not see an email in your inbox folder please check your spam folder as well).

You can also go directly to Corjl.com and use your order info to login and access your purchased items. You will need your order number which can be found on your receipt.

2. EDIT YOUR DESIGN

You do not need to download any software. Personalize your items using your computer or laptop for advanced editing using Google Chrome for best results.
*Personalize your items using your phone allows limited basic edits.

✎✎ WHAT IS EDITABLE?

✔ You can edit, add, and remove text.*
✔ You can change font colors
✔ You can move and resize the text boxes.
✔ You can also add your own images/photos.

✘ You CANNOT change or edit the Graphics included in the design.
✘ *Some of the text is NOT editable as it is part of the design.
✘ The size of the templates cannot be changed but you can print it in a 16x20 inches or 8x10 inches.
Advanced editing should be done on a computer.

❖ IMPORTANT:

◉ You will have access to the template for 60 𝘿𝘼𝙔𝙎 from date of purchase before they expire. After 60 days you will not be able to edit the template anymore, you will need to re-purchase.
◉ You will have a total of 5 𝘿𝙊𝙒𝙉𝙇𝙊𝘼𝘿𝙎. If you would like more than 5 downloads of the design, you will need to make an additional purchase.

3. SAVE YOUR FILES, PRINT OR SEND

Save your file as a JPG format for photo lab printing or email/text message. Or as PDF format for home and copy center printing. Or upload it to a printing vendor's website.
For best color results, we recommend using bright white cardstock or photo paper. All items in my shop are designed to be printed on white paper. Background colors, textures, patterns, and graphics are part of the design.

You will have access to some files with instructions explaining how to access your editable design and editing instructions, this is just a quick intro.

If your payment is still being processed, the "Download files" button will be grey. You will only have access to Crojl and your files when your payment is CONFIRMED.

✿ MOST COMMON ISSUES ✿

1. You never received your email confirmation from Etsy or Corjl
SOLUTION. In most cases you will find them in your SPAM or JUNK folder.
2. You never received a file form me.
SOLUTION. I will not send the files since you are free to download them at any given time right after your payment is processed.
The customer is responsible for downloading and editing the invitation

★ ★ IMPORTANT★★

Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality and brands of paper, printers and ink you're printing with may vary the printing result, all our files are set at a high resolution of 300 dpi and we do not take responsibility for any color or variations you may experience.

When you print your items at home, make sure your items are printing in the correct size by setting the paper size to "BORDERLESS 8.5 ″ x11" in your printer settings. You need the "Scale" to be set to 100% and make sure that the "Stretch to fit" or "Scale to fit" box is not selected.

If you are using an online vendor, or walk-in photo lab, to print out your files, please call 'them' to ask about their uploading processes as I am unaware of how that vendor may operate.

If you have a lab print them, you may need to ask them to print your order without the "auto correct" so the colors print appropriately.

✻✻ REFUNDS ✻✻

Since all our products are digital, refunds CANNOT be provided. All sales are final, we will not do a refund if you:

► Don’t read the Listing Description and Shop Policy.
► Download the files
► Purchase the wrong product.
► Don’t know how to use our files.
► Change your mind AFTER you receive the files.

Please note that many photo labs and print centers are UNABLE to print popular character invitations/printables due to the copyright images used on them, I am not responsible for this issue.
There will be NO COPYRIGHT release from me, so please make sure the printing company you'll be using doesn't request it.
