2 sets of vintage plastic buttons.

Molded white plastic buttons stapled onto the original store display card. This line celebrated movies and movie stars of the late 1940's. Prevue ® brand used promotional photos to decorate the cards the buttons were attached to. Hollywood was hott and the connection, no doubt, was "a hit"!

Card 1 features a black and white movie scene photo of Henry Fonda and James Stuart in "A Miracle Can Happen". 7 buttons with a dotted and lined spiraling border.

Card 2 features a black and white photo of Fred MacMurray and Betty Caldwill in a scene from from the same film as above. Four buttons with a crinkle cut sloping edge and a subtle vein pattern on alternating spokes.

All buttons are in great, unused condition, but two have a small brown stain. 3/4 and 7/8" (19 and 22 mm) with two sew-thru holes. Cards are not faded, folded or torn but have some age spots, moslty where the buttons are.

From my huge stash of vintage buttons collected over the past 17 years.
