Do you ship Express, for next day delivery?

Yes. At check out, please choose the USPS Express option. If FedEx or UPS overnight is preferred, please contact us with your request including the item of interest and zip code for delivery. We will provide a quote for Express Delivery and instruction on how to proceed.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes. Our Decorated Cakes have customized and personalized options available. Please contact us with your questions. Due to the edible nature of our products your purchase is made to order and ready to be shipped within 1-5 business days. We seal our products to lock in the freshness and ship via USPS priority mail. We package products to withstand the rigors of shipping, and are NOT responsible for damage during transit. On delivery, someone must be present to accept decorated cakes and puddings. Depending on location, we avoid shipping Buns and Puddings after Wednesday. For some products, we do not ship up two days before holiday weekends to avoid extended layover in the Post Office.

What if my delivery is delayed or not received?

By default, we ship via the USPS 1-4 Days Priority Delivery service. Etsy sends a tracking number to the email you provide at purchase. If you experience delivery issues, using tracking number, please contact your local Post Office, immediately, as they become responsible for all packages entered into their system. They will inform you if you need to open a case or file a claim. We can be contacted via "Contact Seller". Please include the case or claim number issued by the Post Office. We will try to assist in getting issues resolved.

Do you offer local Pick-ups?

Yes. Please contact seller and a day and time will be arranged for pick up. Jcan Delights is not a walk-in bakery but is in a licensed business operating from a shared facility located in Lawrenceville, GA.

Do you customize cakes from images?

Yes. Please contact seller with your enquiries. We endeavor to capture details as best as possible, but can not recreate exact replicas as they are hand crafted. Jcan Delights may make adjustments, as needed, while making cakes as close to photo as possible. Color matching is best done when a swatch is provided. Colors viewed electronically vary based on screen resolutions. Food grade dyes are sometimes difficult to achieve an exact match. Also, dark colors may taste a little bitter and may stain. Customers accept responsibility for the use of all "non-toxic" (eg. edible paints, disco, luster dust, etc) and inedible (eg. ribbons, gems, acrylic, etc) items they choose for enhancement and decoration use only.
