Made completely with used Starbucks aprons, from the straps to the inside pockets.

I had leftovers from a large 40th anniversary quilt (also made completely from Starbucks aprons) that I designed (copyrighted) and made for my favorite Starbucks manager and his baristas, who all gave their oldest and most used aprons for the creation!

Not wanting to waste ANY of the leftovers, I put some other things together, like this orange and green "Starbucks Apron Tote"! The Via apron and the typical green apron were used in this tote, with the original Via patch intact. This quilt block tote is approximately 12" square, completely lined with Via apron and it's original pockets inside. The straps are the actual straps from the Via apron as well. Machine pieced and sewn by hand, open top.
Designed and constructed by lil ol' me.

It has been machine-washed in cold water with mild detergent on gentle cycle, tumble-dried on low heat. Most of the tell-tale barista ink and coffee stains came out, but there will be some signs that the material came from used aprons, and that's the whole idea! :)

Great novelty tote to carry your coffee purchases or what ever other treasures you wish!
