Hi! I’m Madeline. My journey started 13 years ago when I was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder called Diamond Blackfan Anemia. Having this anemia means my body does not make red blood cells.

About a year ago I started making fused glass jewelry. Since I can’t produce my own red blood cells I thought it would be a unique concept to make them in my jewelry. Each pendant has a unique red cell "signature" on the back created from red glass frit to represent red cells. I call them Red Cells for Remission™

These special pendants are designed to be worn close to your heart to inspire hope for remission while raising awareness for childhood cancers and blood disorders. For each pendant sold I am gifting another special pendant to a child coping with a life threatening illness.

This pendant features an adjustable chocolate brown waxed cotton cord that can be worn from 13" - 25" and will arrive in a special gift box!
