This sweet vintage porcelain sugar bowl is 4 1/2" tall with the cover on, 5 3/4" across at the handles, and the base is 2 3/4 x 3 1/4".
White with a blue transferware scene on both sides of ships on the Thames in front of the Tower of London, with a floral border around the base, top, and on the cover. The finial on the cover is a blue flower.
It's in nice condition with no major cracks, chips or crazing; just one or two very tiny "flea bites" on the top rim and one of the handles.

Palissy Pottery, England.
"Tower of London, Thames River Scenes".
