Made to order:
Style meets function in this one of a kind functional piece. Upcycled wood scraps were cut into random depths and widths then painted lovely neutrals. I used a transparent paint technique for lots of variation in each wood piece.
Five metal hooks were attached to wood, and the piece is surrounded by a handmade frame. Perfect for holding your jacket, umbrella, dog's leash, etc. This would also be fantastic in a bathroom holding hand towels.
Approximately 18x30 including the handmade frame.
Your made to order piece will be very similar to the example shown. No two pieces are exactly alike...each is beautiful and unique in its own right. I favorited a work of Modern Textures at least six or seven years ago on etsy. I'd look at it and think well, some day... This year I was ready to update my living room and I knew exactly what it needed. Henry helped me work out the details of what I wanted, was clear on pricing and time frame and overall was a great communicator. The work itself is wonderful. We are so excited to have this piece in our home. It's beautiful. My husband really likes it too. It's just soothing to look at. And the variable wood pieces create a real depth to the piece. It was well packed, arrived completely fine. We were so tickled to see the way to attach it to the wall - it was so easy and so sturdy. Great bonus! Does a purchase get better than this? I really don't think it does. Easy transaction, gorgeous item. 100% worth it!
