This listing is for a 'Choose Your Owl' folk art owl necklace! Each owl will be totally and completely unique, but you can see similar styles and examples in pictures of previous creations with this listing. You can choose from a variety of owl species; select the type of owl at checkout.

Each owl holds a small stone in it’s center that will be intuitively chosen (stone types/colors can be requested, but depends on availability. Requests can be made in the ‘note to seller’ option at checkout). Please reach out to me if you have any questions about the type of owls pictured.

Pendants are roughly 1.5- 2” long, about .5" wide, and are lightweight for wearability. Each owl is hand sculpted from polymer clay, hand-painted using acrylic paints, sealed, and packaged to be your own wearable works of folk art.

The owls come with brass, gold, or silver colored finishings, and will be strung on a long black hemp cord, measuring approximately 26-28". The pendant can easily be transferred to your own necklace or chain.

You will also receive a small canvas pouch for your owl for storage, a descriptive info card about Thistlebird Cottage owls (card info below), and each owl will be wrapped carefully & individually for easy gift giving.

Since these are handmade creations, no two owls will be exactly the same!

Owls can be worn as a regular necklace, but please keep in mind that they are pieces of art and may not withstand harsh wear and tear like factory made pieces. Store your owl in a safe, dry place, at room temperature. Folk art owls are not toys and not intended for children.
