I've drawn as long as I could remember, but it was during cancer treatment and pandemic that turned it into a job. My day job for 20 years has been as a live-music performer, but pandemic shut that down. Not long after COVID-19 shut down my music career, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After my mastectomy, I turned to art therapy to correct some neurological ticks caused by surgery. Architectural drawings were my first love other than music, and it's been wonderful to return to art both as therapy and as a profession.
