**PROCESSING TIME**
_For non-diamond grillz, it only takes us 3 business days maximum to customize and ship your finished order after receiving your molds.
_For diamond/stone setting grillz, it takes us 10 - 14 business days maximum to customize and ship your finished order after receiving your molds.

**HOW TO ORDER**

_You pick your favourite grillz with the selections of material, position, and color.
_After you place your order, we are going to send you mold kits first within 2-3 busines days maximum.
_Your make your molds at home by following our instruction.
_You are responsible for shipping your molds back to our store.
_We are going to check your package carefully and surely notify you if we have received your package and if your molds are ok for the next step.
*After returning your molds back to us, if you have not heard anything back from us, that means either your package has not arrived at our store yet or your package has already arrived and been in the process of reviewing. Thus, no worries - we will notify immediately after finishing the reviewing process.*
_If your molds are good, we will confirm and proceed with the next step.
_If your molds are not good, we will let you know why and ask you to purchase a new set of mold kits.
_Finally, we will ship your finished custom grill(z) to your address.
_For non-diamond grillz, we only need 3-4 business days maximum to finish the custom process.
_For diamond grillz, please be assured that it takes us 14 days maximum to finish diamond settings.
_You will be emailed a tracking number every time we ship your mold kits or finished order.

**HOW TO MAKE GOOD MOLDS BY YOURSELF**

_FREE extra mold kits are automatically given in each order and will be delivered to your address quickly after your order is confirmed.

_Please do not hesitate to ask us directly here on Etsy for fast responses if you have any questions during the molding process.
_If you run out of our given molding materials, please purchase new mold kits at our store for extra given.

**HOW TO RETURN YOUR MOLDS BACK TO US**

_No return label is provided from us - customers are responsible for shipping their molds back to us for the customizing process.
_It is highly recommended for you to use Fedex or UPS so your package can be shipped directly to our store faster.
_When you ship your mold package back to us, please always remember to put your SAME ORDER NAME outside of the package so we can easily track your order info when it arrives our store.
_We are not responsible for any lost mold packages without correct address and matching order info.

**WHAT IF I HAVE MISSING TEETH? DOES IT CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS? & HOW MUCH EXTRA?**

_We can handle grillz with missing teeth, which do not cause any problems on our end. However, it will take longer due to more efforts and time needed, as compared to normal grillz.
_By that, we will politely ask you to pay for the extra work of your missing tooth/teeth. Our quote for one missing tooth is $15.99.
_After you place an order of your favourite grill, you will have to make another order of your missing tooth/teeth.
_If you have missing tooth/teeth and forget to make the additional payment, we will follow up with you for the extra work once receiving your molds so we can continue the process.
_Please contact us if you cannot find where to make the payment.

**HOW TO UPGRADE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING**

_We are normally committed to an express shipping method of 2-3 business days. However, if you want to overnight your package for urgent needs once it is ready, you can purchase an overnight upgrade of $30 from our store.
_Contact us if you cannot find the upgrade or have any questions.

**RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS**

Our products are custom-fit grillz, which are made for specific customers and cannot be used for reselling. Therefore, we do NOT accept returns and refunds of FINISHED ORDERS (GRILLZ).

If a buyer places an order and wants to cancel the order, the buyer MUST SEND US A DIRECT REQUEST of cancellation to our Etsy inbox within FOUR (4) HOURS OF PURCHASE or BEFORE we notify you a delivery of your mold kits. If you meet either condition above, there will be a 10% CANCELLATION FEE to the original price.

If a buyer places an order, already receives mold kits, and wants to request a refund or cancel the order:
_There will be a 15% DEDUCTION FOR MOLD KITS AND CANCELLATION FEE of its original price for orders under $150.
_There will be a 20% DEDUCTION FOR MOLD KITS AND CANCELLATION FEE of its original price for orders equal or above $150.
Mold kits can be thrown away and do not have to be returned to us after the cancellation and refund are made.

If a buyer places an order, sends back your molds to us, waits for the custom process to be done (have not been notified of a delivery of the finished order), and wants to request a cancellation/refund, there will be a 70% DEDUCTION FEE to its original price.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: international buyers are responsible for any VAT, import or customs charges. Items that are undeliverable due to customs charges not being paid will not be refundable or cancelled. If you already receive your mold kits and want to cancel your order, besides the applicable mentioned-above deduction, your shipping payment will NOT be refundable.

**MOLDING AND OUR RECEIPT OF YOUR MOLDS**

We try our best to create a step-by-step instruction for your molding at home, so please read our instruction note that comes along with your mold kits before you start.

By standard, there are only two mold kits included in each order. However, we want to give you extra confidence in molding at home, so we happily include one more mold kit - make it three (3) mold kits in total. Thus, please make them count!

In case you run out of molding materials at home, you will be responsible for purchasing new mold kits from our store to continue the order process.

There is no return label included for sending your molds back to our store - customers are responsible for delivering their molds back to our store.

BEFORE you drop your package off at a post office, please make sure:
_You have YOUR SAME ORDER NAME, ADDRESS, AND PHONE NUMBER outside of the package.
_You have OUR CORRECT STORE ADDRESS. The address that is mentioned in the instruction note is our correct address - make sure you use that one.
_If you ask somebody else to help you ship your mold package, please make sure the person to put YOUR SAME ORDER NAME, ADDRESS, AND PHONE NUMBER outside of the package. This way really helps us track your order info quickly when it arrives our store and avoid packages from getting lost.

We are surely going to notify you after your package arrives and gets checked carefully. This step is very crucial because we really need to obtain your correct order info and check your molds thoroughly - Please do not rush us to reply back to you because we always want to get things done properly. If this step gets done right, the rest will be done very quickly; thus, no worries.

After checking your molds, if your molds are not ok for the next step, we will immediately inform you about the reason and politely ask you to purchase a new set of mold kits to start the molding process again. If your molds are ok for the next step, we will still let you know.

**SHIPPING POLICIES**

We are based in Texas and deliver both domestically and internationally.

We are committed to an express shipping of 2-3 business days for domestic orders and of 6-10 business days for international orders.

However, if a buyer has a specific deadline, the buyer can place a shipping upgrade of overnight shipping from our listing. If you cannot find the upgrade, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: even though you will be notified of an estimated arrival time of both mold kits and finished order, there might be a difference in the estimated delivery time because it really depends on the timeframes different governments process international import goods. Thus, we really appreciate your patience and understanding. Also, international buyers are responsible for any VAT, import or customs charges. Items that are undeliverable due to customs charges not being paid will not be refundable or cancelled.

_A set of grillz/tooth caps that you order on our website/online shop is ONLY intended to be a temporary accessory to complement an individual’s appearance. It is NOT intended for any dental purposes, so you should remove your grillz prior to eating, drinking, sleeping, smoking, playing sports, or any other activities that may result in the jewelry being damaged or dislodged from its proper position and posing choking hazards. Also, you should keep the jewelry out of reach of children.

_By nature, silver 925, 10K & 14K Gold grillz may get tarnished or its color affected if you wear them and smoke at the same time. 18K and higher gold quality should not be affected while being used during smoking. We are not responsible for restoring grillz with such foreseen damages. If customers want us to restore their grillz, please send them back to our store and contact us for labor quote.
