Myrtle, having just completed the final, hand-sewn touches on the lace insertion for her new Spring blouse, retired to the forest where she imagined herself to be entwined in ethereal ferns and swirled about with spring blossoms (she was given to fits of such dainty imaginings).

Original acrylic and watercolour painting on a prettily-scalloped wood fiber board, coated in a protective satin varnish.

♥ Measurements:
Just under 9" x 11" x .5" inches

Arrives to you ready to hang with a sawtooth hanger in back (Unframed). The edges of the plaque are painted with gold acrylic that gives a framed effect to the piece...so it looks quite nice hanging without a frame.

Signed and dated in front, and signed on the back.
