An amazing design by Miina Äkkijyrkkä " KEVATJUHLA" for Marimekko is used to make a set of 4, 4x4 inches, decorative tile coasters.

The paper napkin is carefully cut and decoupaged onto ceramic tiles so that put together they reveal a bigger picture. Wonderful illustration shows in smallest details on fresh citrus green background.

Self adhesive protective pads are added to the back to protect the furniture.

These coasters are ECO coasters. The glues and glazes used are WATER BASED and SAFE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT.

Frequently asked questions about Tilissimo

All items are sent in a box, but if you need extra gift wrapping let us know in a 'note to seller' at the checkout. Free of charge.
Due to the unique handmade process please be aware that the surface of the tiles is slightly more sensitive that that of a plain ceramic tile. They should not be used as trivets - i.e. to place hot metal pots on them, as this may cause wrinkling.
To clean, simply use slightly dump or dry cloth and avoid being too abrasive to the surface.
We offer a large discount for wholesale orders, so contact us for any further details if this is what interest you.
