The Petoskey Stone is a coral that lived 350 million years ago during the Devonian age when the northern part of Michigan was covered with a sea of warm water. This cabochon is cut from Petoskey Stone, and has such an amazing ancient look and feel to it. It is a neutral sandy tan color with rivers of cream running through it. The rounded teardrop shape will make it a great focal for an awesome designer jewelry creation.

It measures: 22.38 mm wide x 37.42 mm long x 5 mm thick.

As with all of our cabochons, the reverse side has a matte finish. and it has a beveled girdle and low dome foreasy bezeling.
