I recently resurrected my loom, which has been languishing in the garage. After some time spent reacquainting ourselves we went on to create this woven embellished wrist cuff, named for the 'coin' that sits in the center. Using cotton and wool yarns of red and green, the cuff is hand woven in a plain weave, although the centre uses a very simple pickup stick technique to create the red cotton floats. Embellished with beads, the cuff closes with a metal button which slips through the button hole at the other end (created in the weaving process in the same way kilims are woven).

Will fit up to a 7 inch wrist (the cuff itself is 8 -1/2 inches) long. Please note my camera really struggled to reflect the colours accurately and I think the green is a tiny bit more vibrant and the red a little less saturated than in the photos.
