The shape and construction of this turn-of-the-century jacket is just wonderful. There are fabric-covered buttons in front, but there are no buttonholes, so there must have been more to the original closures. There is a narrow shawl collar. There are small flap-covered pockets in the front. The shoulders have a bit of puff and gathering. The back has multiple seams radiating from the shoulders to the hem and creating a flattering hourglass shape. There is a short vent in the back. The interior is a work of art with satin lining and satin-covered seams.

I'm not sure what the fiber content of the fabric is, but it has narrow textural stripes.

Measurements:
bust=32"
waist=26"
hips=36"
length=22"
circumference of sleeve at shoulder seam=16"
circumference of sleeve at the cuff=10"
This will fit just a slip of a person...a waif...perhaps a girl.

Condition:
In good condition structural conditions with some issues: some wear to the hem edges - a few small holes in the front (thru top layer of fabric only) - missing one button (but there enough that you could one less noticeable one to the front) - Clean and Fresh! No musty or vintage odor.

Shipping is USPS Priority Mail in the US and First Class International outside the US.

International customers welcome - please convo first so that I may add the shipping amount for your country. Thanks!
