Early Fantasia Style Mexican Majolica Folk Art Pottery Set of Three Nesting Pans ~

Three beautiful early 20th Century nesting pottery pans... The artisanship is exquisite. Each pan has a different hand painted scene honoring flora and fauna. Decorated with butterflies, fish, deer, a deer 'couple', duck, flowers, leaves, & ferns. Glazed in yellow, green, blue, black, and creamy white on a caramel brown background.

Circa 1920's - 1930's

Stamped 'Mexico' twice on each pan's underside.

The large pan measures: approx. 10" x 10" across. Just under 14" in length including handle. Approx. 2" deep.
The medium pan measures: approx 9" x 9" across. 13" length including handle. Just under 2" deep.
The small pan measures: approx. 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" across. 12" length including handle. Approx. 1 1/2" deep.

Hanging on the wall from their handles is not recommended.

These beautiful Mexican pottery pans show their age....
Please request detail photos of things mentioned! You can zoom in on the photos already up for a closer look. This will also help you to see the beautiful artwork in more detail. The glaze has been worn away near the handles where the pans stack upon each other. There is crazing. Some chips here and there. There is a darkness along the underside and bottoms... either this was intentional or they may have been used for baking. The inside of the pans glaze is not as shiny as it used to be. On the large pan, where the handle meets it's body, there is some cracking that does not go all the way through. There is a spot of brown house paint on one handle. There are scratches here and there and a few spots where the glaze is missing. Their colors have not aged the same so there is some color variation between the pans.

These will ship insured with 'Signature Confirmation' via USPS within the USA only.
~ Shipping refunds are given for overcharges when they apply!
