This is an original painting of an abandoned gas station on the southwestern part of Route 66 in the wintertime.

Gouache on heavy archival paper

Dimensions: 9 x 12 in. (22.86 x 30.84 in)

I love old, abandoned buildings. This original work on paper depicts a derelict gas station on historic Route 66. It is late in the day and the shadows are long but the New Mexico sky is expansive and blue over the lonely structure.

This original work is signed and dated by the artist on the back.
