Antique doll, made of celluloid by the Schutz-Marke company of Germany. Her little blue-eyed head is smashed on one side, the result of being stored too long in a very full doll trunk.

Great for her remaining parts, she has long curly brown hair (possibly human) and movable arms and legs. Her flat bottom and permanently bent-at-the-knees legs allow her to sit upright without assistance. Her eye(s) are realistic, though they do not blink.

On the back is the Schutz-Marke stamp, with their logo of a turtle within a diamond; also marked '28' and 'GERMANY."

She measures approximately 10 1/2" (27.6 cm) long and shows light wear.
