A lovely piece of material with a green and yellow abstract pattern. Francis Price was one of a group of artists and designers commissioned by Heals in the 1950s and 1960s. This is a screen print from late 1950s early 1960s called 'Dayspring' measuring 28 inches wide by 26 inches long, a square if you don't count the selvedge in the measurements. It is in perfect condition with no wear or fading, the colors remain vibrant. I don't think It has been used. Big enough for a cushion or for framing. (Picture 4 shows the same material framed).
