This adorable girls' dress pattern from the 1960s or 70s can be made with short sleeves, long sleeves or sleeveless.

Butterick 6678: A-line dress has front tucks and round neckine or self or contrast shaped collar. Sleeveless, short or full length sleeves with contrast cuffs. With or without trim variations.

Size 5: Breast 24", Waist 21 1/2", Hip 25", Back waist length 10"

The pattern pieces have been separated, but remain uncut along the lines. (The original owner probably traced it). The pieces are neatly folded and include instructions. The envelope has some holes near the top, writing on the front in marker and discoloration.
