All slime packages come with a slime care sheet which includes instructions on how to troubleshoot your slime if it arrives too sticky or too stiff from the cold weather.

If your slime arrives sticky (which is very common to happen when slime sits around in transit without being touched), we have included an activator bottle with every order. Just add the activator, drop-by-drop, to your slime - making sure to knead it well in between adding - until the texture comes together to the perfect consistency. But be sure to take care not too add too much as it can drastically change the texture of your slime.

If your slime comes too stiff, which is common during cold weather, just add a drop or two of lotion or soap and be sure to knead well.

If you are seeking to add a special birthday card or message, we can do so for no extra charge.

Please be sure to add that you want a birthday card included with your order, along with the written contents of your card and a hand-written birthday card will be included with your gift.

While slime is to be enjoyed by people of all ages, we do not recommend slime to be used by anyone under the age of five.

We highly recommend adult supervision for younger children when playing with slime.

Slime is not to be consumed. If slime is consumed or if slime comes into contact with eyes, seek immediate medical advice.

We recommend always being sure to wash hands with soap and water after playing with slime. Please be sure not to use slime on any surfaces where food may come into contact with it.
