It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that all information is correct for custom orders. (Ex: Names and dates on custom date signs.) Any errors on buyer's behalf will be charged a "fix" fee if customer would like the sign fixed. Shipping to and from seller for this is also the buyers responsibility.

It is important that ANY concerns regarding your item after it is received MUST be made within 2 days of receipt. If not received within this time frame concerns about the item are no longer valid. I ensure that all items made by me are of great quality and I choose only quality wood and other items that I use to make my signs.

Once the sale items are shipped, In Mind 4 U is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Though this rarely occurs it is a possibility. Since all my work is done as "Custom" work this policy needs to be held in place.

Please keep in mind that monitors display colors differently. I do my best to take the best pictures of my signs and colors using proper white balance. Monitors will portray colors somewhat differently than what they appear in person.
