A 1965 cookbook from Minneota, Minnesota compiled by the Lutheran Church Women of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, formerly Icelandic Lutheran and published by the Minneota Mascot in Minneota, Minnesota.

It has a hard cardboard cover and the back cover is double and made like an easel to stand upright. The spriral bound is on the top so you can flip the pages over the top. There are pictures of the churches, household hints, there are recipes from 1926 done by the Young Ladies Union of the Icelandic Church (there is a heavy Scandinavian influence in this area with a bit of German), following the older recipes are newer recipes and ads for the businesses in 1965, and hand drawings to start each section.

It has been well used, has a few markings in the margin, but is still in very good shape. It has been and bruised corners and a bit of staining here and there. All the pages are present, it is easy to read.

(I am closing out my inventory from a brick & mortar store and retiring from the antique business. I would like to see my jewelry find a good home other than storage totes. Therefore, my prices are lower than they would be in a shop.)
