This lot is a mirror of the last just different issue numbers and titles...

These books were also hidden in my X-Men collection paired with their cross-over mates. #95 and #97 are beyond Near Mint.

#96, as I recall, had a silver round sticker on the cover that was placed there for some reason by the manufacturer or dealer. Either way I had removed it and it took a bit of the surface away with it. You can see the details in the upper left quadrant of the image posted.

At this point in the story line, the cybernetic man known as "Cable" (actually Nathanial Summers, son of Madeline and Scott Summers, a.k.a. Cyclops) a mutant from the future (he was kidnapped as a baby and taken to grow up in the future) had just come on the scene and taken over the lead of the New Mutants team. The "New Mutants" ended with issue #98 and were relaunched as "X-Force".
