Combining shipping:

I'm always more than happy to combine shipping when possible. Not all items fit together in the same size box or envelope, but I'll do the best I can to save you money. Any shipping charges overpaid, minus $1 to $3 to cover the cost of shipping material, is always refunded. If you're concerned about the cost, please message me ahead of time to be sure your items can be combined.

Correct address:

The buyer is responsible for providing me the correct shipping address. If you've recently moved, please be sure to change your address here on Etsy before making a purchase. If an item is unable to be delivered due to the wrong address, there will be an additional shipping charge that must be paid before the item is re-shipped.

Tracking your package:

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a notice from Etsy that includes your tracking number. I strongly encourage you to check the tracking number and know when your package will be delivered.

Please check with neighbors if the package has been marked delivered by USPS, but is missing. It's possible USPS delivered it next door because you were not home. Also, look around outside your home or apartment because a couple of my paintings have been found in bushes and under porches before. If the package can't be found, buyers are encouraged to file a mail theft claim with USPS and the police. USPS takes mail theft very seriously.

International customers please note:

You are responsible for any taxes, duty and/or handling fees that could be charged by customs in your country. If you refuse to pay the taxes and a package is returned to me, all shipping charges are non-refundable. USPS is now charging sellers in the US return postage fees for undelivered packages. This will be withheld from your refund if you refuse to pay VAT and customs charges.

It may not be exhibited, published, or licensed. It also means that derivative versions of the artwork may not be produced.
