This notched, wooden box with metal drawer pull and metal paper holder is from a North Carolina pharmacy, and comes to you with a stack of 40 of the original 1950's apothecary prescriptions pictured. The original drawer label reads "Goodwin's Pharmacy Prescription Headquarters Apex NC." Perfect for a desk top, office, or vintage decor, the 8 1/2 x 6 x 6 inch box will organize your receipts and get you in the mood for tax day (okay, maybe that's a stretch!) Please note that the drawer front is thick oak, while the notched holder is a thinner pine with a reddish stain. (This listing is for 40 prescriptions and the box in the first three photos.)
