Era: 1980s

Description: This lovely '80s belt is a wonderfully simple piece that adds a tiny pop of color to any outfit. The belt is composed of a thin fabric lining (it feels slightly like thick felt) and a painted leather(?) exterior. I am nearly positive that this piece is leather, but it is unmarked and does feel virtually unused, making it more difficult to identify. The color is a fantastic turquoise blue that also has a hint of teal green, which was difficult to capture in photos. The simple silver buckle has just of a touch of a Southwestern aesthetic to it. This belt is a fantastic Spring accessory option that will surely become a standard choice over time.

Measurements:
Belt: 38" long and 1" wide
Buckle: 1.5" long and 2.1" wide

Condition: Very Good. The materials themselves are a bit lighter (and possibly slightly less durable) than some other heftier examples from this period. There are a couple spots where a single stitch has come out at the edge. Otherwise this piece seems near dead stock in terms of signs of age or wear.
