CAKE POP INFO -
Our cake pops come individually wrapped and stay fresh at room temperature for 7 days. You can refrigerate or freeze if needed. Our pops are nut free, but please leave us a note in the notes section at checkout if you have any allergies. Need more than 4 Dz - Message us! Custom orders welcome.

FLAVORS - Leave us a note in the notes section at check out for multiple flavors per dozen ordered.

STAND - Need to add a stand. Our white stand holds up to 18 cake pops.

LOCAL DELIVERY -
We offer delivery and pick-up options to all of Dallas/Fort Worth. For local options please visit our website www.cakeballerina.com

SHIPPING -
We ship via FedEx. We carefully package each order with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, ice packs (in the warmer months), and double box each shipment. We take every step possible to make sure your Cake Pops are delivered in perfect condition. We include an extra cake pop per dozen ordered.
We ultimately are not responsible for damage during shipping, delays caused by carrier, or lost packages. We do want to hear from you and we will work on a case by case basis to solve any issues.

IF YOUR EVENT DATE IS LESS THAN 7 DAYS FROM YOUR ORDER DATE YOU NEED TO CHOOSE RUSH SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT. Leave the event date in the notes section. WE WILL NOT SHIP WITHOUT A CONFIRMED EVENT DATE.
