THIS SMALL DISPLAY CASE IS ONE THIRD OF A TYPE CASE AND IS IDEAL FOR DISPLAYING THIMBLES OR OTHER SMALL ITEMS.

THE CASE HAS BEEN CLEANED,STAINED AND WAXED.

AS USUAL WITH THESE CASES THE JOINERY IS FIRST CLASS THE FRAME BEING JOINTED AND EACH DIVISION SLOTS INTO THE ONE THAT CROSSES IT AND EACH JOINT IS TOPPED WITH THE SOUGHT AFTER BRASS CAPS.

The case has a label "10 Baskerville" although if you do not want to store or display your Baskerville type here the label is removable. Mind you where would you store it?

MEASUREMENTS: 14 1/4"x 11 1/4" x 1 1/2". THERE ARE 24 COMPARTMENTS OF VARYING SIZES:
12 @ ~ 1" x 1 3/4"
3 @ ~ 1" x 3 1/2"
8 @ ~ 2 1/4" x 3 1/2"
1 @ ~ 2 1/4" x 5 3/8"

THE CASE CAN BE USED FOR MANY PURPOSES, DISPLAYING THIMBLES, ROCKS, FISHING LURES AND OTHER SMALL ITEMS.
THE WOOD APPEARS TO BE HARDWOOD MAINLY BEECH AND OAK ALTHOUGH I AM NO EXPERT AND THE BACK IS PLYWOOD.
