vintage Couroc tray - inlaid wood, brass and ceramic.

a trio of inlaid wood ducks stroll across this satin finish black Couroc serving tray. blue and white ceramic kerchiefs and brass webbed feet on the ducks, with a wood inlay full moon hanging overhead.

Couroc manufactured a line of serving trays and bowls and barware in Monterey, CA from the 1940's through the 60's and were well known for their highly heat-resistant resins, and for the inlays of stones, shells, rhinestones, etc.

great vintage condition; turned in a certain light you can see some scuff marks and signs of light wear.
