💰 Yes. On all items that are handmade by us. We offer a 30 day warranty on all parts other than normal wear and tear. If an issue arises with a Padstyle product and it is due to workmanship, a warranty will be granted.

💵 Lost/ Damage Packages- We are NOT responsible for packages lost/damage during shipping. This liability will be placed on the shipping company and it will be the shipping companies responsible to compensate you/and or PadStyle Interiors for any damages caused during shipping. If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please use your Delivery Confirmation number and check with your local Post Office or FEDEX to file a claim. Also, please contact us PROMPTLY with picture of the damaged goods and or to confirm any packages that are showing “delivered” yet hasn’t arrived. You have 3 days of package delivery receipt to report any damage.

❓No. We cannot guaranteed that you will get your order on time. Once you purchase, we will give you an ESTIMATED time for shipment. This is an estimate. The time could be sooner or later than the date set. Once we ship, it usually take 2-7 business days to arrive; however this is not a guaranteed either. We recommend that if you are having a grand opening that you make sure you have your items in hand FIRST before scheduling an event. DO NOT assume that your order will ship on schedule. The only guarantee that we can make is with our Express Que Fee and that guarantee is that your order will SHIP within the allotted time frame. This does not cover delivery issues once the package is in the shipping companies hands OR holiday delays.

📦 Once we say that your order is complete, this means a label has been created and USPS/FED EX will pick up the package the next business day. Please wait 24 hours before tracking info is updated. If after 24 hours, your item status is still reading "label created" it usually hasn't been scanned by the shipping company yet but this doest mean that it isn't within their possession. After 48hr, if you are still not seeing movement, please contact us.
