Kuniyoshi Utagawa
ALTERED ART EARRINGS~~

Utagawa Kuniyoshi (January 1, 1798 - April 14, 1861) was one of the last great masters of the Japanese ukiyo-e style of woodblock prints and painting.
The range of Kuniyoshi's preferred subjects included many genres: landscapes, beautiful women, Kabuki actors, cats, and mythical animals.

Detail from Kuniyoshi's Vintage Woodblock Print images and Washi paper decorate this pair of Japanese inspired earrings. Gold toned base metal findings and small faceted beads are also incorporated into the design. The images and Washi are laminated and layered with chipboard. The round image is 1-1/8" round. The length of the earrings from the top of the gold plated surgical steel ear wires to the bottom of the longest dangle is 3-3/4".

SHIPS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT. Your purchase comes in a handmade recycled paper origami box shipped in a padded envelope.
