Check out this sweet vintage metal Six Million Dollar Man Lunch box that was manufactured in 1974 by Alladin Industries Incorporated of Nashville, Tennessee. The Six Million Dollar Man was a series that aired on ABC from 1974 to 1978. Specifically, the show focused on Steve Austin (played by Lee Majors), a former astronaut who was severely injured in a crash and is "rebuilt" with numerous "bionic" implants, which in total cost around, you guessed it, six million dollars. These implants enhance his strength, speed and vision far beyond that of normal human capabilities. Steve then decides to put his new abilities to good use by become a secret agent for the Office of Scientific Intelligence, and as you'll see in the show, chaos ensues!

Blue in color with a bright green plastic handle, the lunchbox is covered with numerous images of the Six Million Dollar Man performing all sorts of amazing feats, such as bending railroad ties with his bare hands, jumping a car in a single bound, running faster than a galloping horse, and beating the crap out of a few dudes with a full sized tree that he ripped from the ground. Poor tree.

Lunchbox has a copyright date of 1974 by Universal Studios, Inc.

Note: Thermos not included.

Measurements: 6.75" Tall (not including handle) x 7.75" Wide x 3.75" Deep

Item Condition - Good vintage condition. Hinges and latch work properly! Has some light patches of rust on the outer surface as well as wear (scratching, scuffing, etc) primarily along the corners. Inside of pail has sine rusting as well. Plastic handle has black electrical tape on each side. We did not look beneath it but we're guessing that maybe the plastic cracked over the years. The handle is still strong and remains firmly attached. Please refer to the pictures for further details.

Shipping - Sometimes it can be a bit tricky accurately determining shipping costs, especially when shipping internationally. In the event we find that we overcharged you once the item has been shipped we will immediately refund all shipping overage charges in excess of $2.
