We follow government laws and state TRUE RETAIL PRICE on packages. If they are returned for unpaid duties shipping costs will not be refunded.

It may take 3 weeks, or even longer for packages to arrive. In the unlikely event packages are delayed they require a full 6 weeks from shipping date for replacements to be made and sent, or refunds are given, and are subject to our current work completion schedule. Delayed packages are almost always just that, delayed, and not "lost."

For U.S. packages there will be a delivery confirmation number only, not an actual 'tracking' number. Please understand we cannot be responsible for postal delays as they are out of our control. In the UNLIKELY event your package is lost by the postal system we will replace it and ship via the original shipping method, not expedited at our expense. We apologize in advance for any RARE but POSSIBLE delays caused by the USPS. They do happen on occasion.

If your tracking states your package has been 'delivered' but you do not have it please notify your local post office immediately. CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE and inquire with your tracking number. It is likely your postal carrier will know where it was placed. The faster contact is made with them the more likely they are to find it.

Yes, on most occasions we can offer you our 10 day completion for $12 per item. This does not include shipping time, only our completion time. Please note we may not always be able to offer RUSH service due to our workload. Decisions will be made on a case by case basis. Please inquire. This fee is non-refundable even if item is returned, or if postal service causes unforeseen delays.
