This is a Vintage Ronson Mastercase combination cigarette case and lighter. Made in Newark, New Jersey from 1933 for almost 20 years. The Mastercase is a combination of a lighter and a cigarette case which holds 14 filterless cigarettes. This one, with the New Standard fitment, is a pre WW II model.

This Mastercase is shiny chrome with brown tortoise shell enamel. On the front it has three stripes of cream enamel surrounding the engraving plate. The art deco styled engraving plate on the front has been inscribed with the initial " S ". The inside is a two toned silver color, with 2 spring loaded metal plates to hold the cigarettes in place. The spring loaded plates are still strong and working great.

This lighter is being sold in gently used condition. As you can see from the pictures it has some surface scratches and scuffs from use. All in all this lighter is in amazing condition for it's age.

This case lighter has a brand new flint, it sparks great, it just needs to be filled with fluid.

A wonderful addition to your collection or as gift.

"There's nothing like a Ronson!" They are built dependable to give you years of faithful lights
