Light and airy floral bouquet brooch or pin dates to the late 1940s or early 1950s. Brushed metal flowers have shiny sterling edges and stamen. Backed with a loop of sterling bound together with a brushed metal section made to look like it's woven together.

Marked: Bond Boyd STERLING on applied rectangular plaque.

Bond Boyd was founded in 1944 and this is one of the first marks they used. Though still in production, this piece of jewelry has all the hallmarks of a brooch made in the 1940s or early 1950s.

Are you considering wearing this on your wedding day? Then you should visit The Vintage Jewelry Box in my other, bridal focused vintage Etsy shop:

Brooch is 2.5" by 1.5"

Very Good condition rating a 9 out of 10. There is just a little bit of darkening on the brushed metal sections inside the flowers.
