Vintage Ikea Kila Dog lamp designed by Harry Allen
Vintage from the 1990s
Harry's Kila is designed for Ikea and is inspired by his long interest in roller skates. The three rubber wheels support the lamp and leave it around in circles.
Harry says, "Kila turns on his ashes as if he had been practicing in the walkway for that decade." The light, red metal and playful concept recalls the European design in the 1960s. Kita received a special mention in I.D. Magazine's 2004 Design Review.
Harry Allen's Red Dog lamp, in shape, is a bit like a doggy. Nice design item, in excellent condition. Includes working adapter.

Absolutely loved the train rack! It was the perfect finishing touch I needed for my bathroom!
This fixture is going to be PERFECT for my 80's room. Not only that, it was the best price on a Memphis Group style fixture I could find, and the best looking one at that! Absolutely geeked!
Item as described and I was very impressed with the packaging. After 20 years, I can now stop trying to sneak my clothes on to my husbands valet stand - great buy!
