Beautiful art glass paperweight created and signed by Ron Schuster of Schuster Glass Studios. Located in the vibrant artist colony of Brown County, Indiana, Schuster's studio features several varieties of glass including stained glass, blown vessels and paperweights. A self-taught artist, Schuster began working with glass in 1983.

This pretty paperweight features a pastel glass ribbon undulating inside a clear sphere, and is somewhat reminiscent of a wave captured in motion. The piece also has a series of controlled bubbles suspended within the clear glass which serve to accent and reflect its soft pink, blue, yellow and green colors.

The paperweight is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks, and measures approximately 2.25" in width and is 2" tall. The piece is about the size of a lime and fits nicely in the palm of the hand. It retains its original foil label on the base stating "SCHUSTER STUDIOS NASHVILLE, INDIANA". The paperweight's base is also etched on the side near the bottom edge with the Schuster Glass Studios mark and along with the date of production, 1992.

The style of this pretty piece could accent many types of decor, whether your surroundings are traditional or modern. It would also make a thoughtful gift for the art glass or paperweight collector in your life.
