I often see this floral design "Lotus" by Arcopal France, but it is special that these cups come with the original saucers. The set consists of 4 cups, an orange cup, a yellow cup, a red cup and a blue cup. The cups are made of milk glass and are very strong. The glass of the cups and dishes has no damage and is not chipped. The print has some signs of use and washing, but only a little. I advise to not put the cups in the dishwasher (no problem for the saucers). Both the cups and the saucers have 'arcopal france' on the bottom.

The flower design is very 70s, people in Europe might remember bringing coffee to their school teacher in these cups!

The cups are 4.5 cm high and 7cm in diameter. The saucers are 12.5 cm in diameter.

Arcopal France is a famous brand, it is not produced anymore. The milk glass or opal glass was made through a special process, making it stronger than porcelain and ceramics. This floral print was also used for plates, bowls, larger cups and mugs and pitchers. Complete sets of this brand and print dinnerware are very wanted.
