This pattern is McCall's carefree pattern # 4426 from 1975. It is in excellent factory fold condition! It is a size 16, bust 38.. If this isn't the size you are looking for, don't worry. There is a ton of information and many step by step instructions online to alter vintage patterns to fit different sizes.
Buttoned blouse has collar and shaped side vents; long sleeves A gathered into buttoned cuffs, or short sleeves B gathered into bands have gathered cap. Lined halter ties in back. Blouse B and halter B have ruffling. Pants have left side zipper and button trimmed flaps. The last picture is of my mother in 1974 wearing a similar fashion.
