This is a beautiful and unique yearbook. The yearbook club of 1928 decided to do a theme for this yearbook and the theme was Mother Goose. Each page has a decorative border of geese at the bottom. There are a number of beautiful engraved pages through out with one and two color that illustrate Mother Goose poems. The engravings were done by Hicks-Chatten in Portland.

The yearbook is chock full of school portraits, club photos, full class photos, poems, jokes, local ads and autographs. The yearbook belonged to Althea Moore.

Franklin High School is in SE Portland, Oregon. The year book is 10.75" x 8.5 and 123 pages. It's in great condition.
