Ever wonder about the History of Cooking...

"It is not known where, or when, or by whom, the first cooking was done on this planet. But we can guess how it was done. Animals never cook. Wild animals are afraid of fire."
-from Chapter 1

This unique durable hard-covered Vintage Book Journal/Notebook/Diary was rebounded by skilled hands using a Coptic stitch that allows the book to be opened completely flat at any page. The spine of the book has been converted into a bookmark and there are 28+ hand-selected pages from the original book scattered throughout the journal, including a old library card and pocket on the inside front cover.
