Darcey Lane Designs is gladly presenting this Sassy Fancy Ruffle Panty often referred to as “diaper cover”, “fancy pants”, “bloomers”, “sassy britches”, and “sassy panties”. It is cute enough to be worn by itself, but looks even better under a dress or tutu, or over an onesie.

This particular cover is made of a soft pink material, which has been fully lined and has three (3) rows of ruffles. There is an elastic band at the waist and legs for a snug fit. For that final touch of class, I add a pretty pink satin ribbon bow.
