This is a FABULOUS retro find. It is a vintage 1982 size large Screen Stars t-shirt from the 1982 Senate campaign. Harriett lost this election by a very narrow margin (less than 2% according to Wikipedia). If she had won, she would have been the first female senator from Missouri. Her slogan was, "Give 'em hell, Harriett." The date on the shirt looks to have been added by the owner with a permanent marker, although it's possible it was part of the original design/screen print (but I doubt it b/c the "2"s are different sizes).

This shirt has amazing colors and is in great vintage condition. There is one teensy area on the lower front where there are two extremely small marks(hardly noticeable, two pencil mark sized dots) and has overall light pilling. It's nice and soft!

Flat measurements as follows:
17 1/2" underarm to underarm
26" top to bottom
