Incantation available in both English and Greek Cypriot.

I am researching into the similarities between rituals from various cultures and scientific advancements. With the information gathered, I then create incantations of my own that are conveyed through the combination of photography and text, and presented in the form of a postcard.

When we treat routine actions as rituals we give ourselves a purpose, we are internally motivated, we become aware, we feel a sense of belonging and this is the concept behind this project. I always aim to create an interaction between the audience and my work and the rituals are designed to lead you through a mental and physical journey.

Please note the text of this specific postcard has been printed the wrong way up, which is why there is a slight discount in the price.

I loved these postcards! They came beautifully packaged, in an envelope sealed with wax. The postcards themselves were printed on thick, good-quality paper which really enhanced the quality of the photographs. The incantations are what made the postcards really unique and I love the thought and energy that went behind each one - you could tell these were made by an artist who loves their work. Will definitely be buying from here again!

I received my postcards in a envelop beautifully sealed with wax. The wrapping was so beautiful I didnt want to open it up! But when I did, I encountered the wonderful work of this artist who has thoughtfully combined images with the incantations, in order to create a poetic and healing experience for anyone that engages with the postcards. The postcards arrived as they were described by the maker. I was happy to receive one for free for my purchase! I cannot wait to frame some and to forward some others to to friends and family in order to practice the different incantations together!
